By downloading, installing, or using the Floor Plan Designer app (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or professional floor planning purposes.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, use it for any illegal purposes, or attempt to disrupt the integrity of our servers.
Floor Plan Designer provides digital tools including AR Measure, Area Calculators, and Bubble Levels.
For Guidance Only: These tools are intended for estimation and conceptual design purposes only.
Hardware Variations: Accuracy may vary based on your device hardware, lighting conditions, and sensor calibration.
Professional Verification: We strongly recommend that all final measurements be verified by a professional architect or a manual physical tape measure before commencing actual construction or purchasing materials.
You retain all ownership rights to the floor plans and designs you create using the Service. However, by using our cloud features (if applicable), you grant us the right to store and process this data to provide the Service to you.
All software, UI design, branding, and icons within the app are the exclusive property of Floor Plan Designer. You may not use our logos or branding without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floor Plan Designer and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Errors or inaccuracies in measurements.
Loss of data or saved projects.
Any construction errors or financial losses resulting from the use of our plans.
If you purchase a premium version or subscription:
Payments are handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
